The direction life takes us is often unexpected.
My professional career began at 16, navigating the realms of web development and graphic design as a freelancer 🧑💻
By 19, I was immersed in computer science at university, only to quickly realise it wasn't my destined path.
Changing pace, I embraced my passion for documentary filmmaking, switching universities to a journalism degree 🎓
Then, as I was approaching the end of my degree at the ripe age of 23, I needed a plan for what was next.
Looking back on my early freelance days reminded me just how much I enjoyed working for myself, leading me to establish a video production company upon graduation.
After half a decade of corporate video work in 2022, I sought a change, steering my career towards outdoor brands and offering a broader marketing service in an industry that resonated with my soul 🏔️
The great outdoors became my office, and my passion rekindled 🔥
That pivot led me to Live For Today, where a freelance collaboration blossomed into a full-time opportunity I couldn't resist, thanks to Marc Wise's offer.
Now, 7 months in as Marketing Manager, I've unexpectedly started using the wide range of skills I've acquired over the years:

🤓 All round creative nerdiness
I'm reminded that our paths may twist and turn, but each step forward is a step towards discovering our true calling.
For me, that's turned out to be embracing a range of interests that can ultimately work together in a role I couldn't be happier in.
