Not because they were the wrong fit. I physically ran out of hours 🙃

So I’m building the LATITUDE53 Freelance Network.

I want to collaborate with specialists who care about quality, not generalists who’ll half-ass it.

People who actually have opinions about the work, who want to stay engaged, get paid on time, and keep their independence ✅

The whole point is building a small, trusted pool of designers and developers I can bring in project-by-project.

No endless retainers. No always-on commitments. Just solid collaborations on real products.

🎨 UI/UX Designers: Figma fluency + web accessibility knowledge.
💻 Web Developers (front-end, back-end, or full-stack): TypeScript-first mindset, and ideally experienced with Next.js, Tailwind, Astro, Sanity, Shopify, Convex.
